After a long absence, I have decided to update this guide again, bringing it up to
date with the current version of V&K's Hellfire mod (the September 1999 version, aka V&K V3).
First off, I've added an "Item Hunting" page which lists which levels each of the very best
unique items can be found on. I'll also be going through all the other sections, making
any corrections and additions necessary to keep the guide current with V&K V3.
